Simply Agnostic Controls, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Simply Agnostic," "SAC," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and the choices you may have when you visit our website or place an order with us.

If you create a StatIQ account, we also collect your account credentials (email and password) and account activity needed to operate the platform.

  • Operate, secure, and improve our website and customer experience

3) Device and Platform Data (StatIQ)

SAC gateways report equipment data to the StatIQ platform — points, alarms, trends, and device status from the HVAC equipment they are connected to.

Your equipment data belongs to you. You can export it at any time. If you cancel StatIQ service for a device, its data stays stored for 60 days; after 60 days we stop storing new data.

We compile de-identified, aggregated data from the platform to improve our products. We do not re-identify it or disclose it in a form that identifies you or your sites.

4) How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We use third-party analytics, which may constitute "sharing" under some state privacy laws. You can opt out via your cookie settings and we honor Global Privacy Control signals.

We may share your information with service providers who help us operate, including:

  • Payment processors
  • Shipping and fulfillment partners
  • Website hosting and infrastructure providers
  • Email and customer communications tools
  • Security and analytics providers (to protect against fraud/abuse and understand site performance)

These service providers are authorized to use your information only as necessary to provide services to us.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our website and products are not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
