Yes. NueGate lands on equipment you already own, and StatIQ shows you what it is doing. You do not need a controls contractor to buy it or to install it, and you do not need a building automation project. Many owners give their service contractor access to the same view.

Any equipment that speaks BACnet MS/TP, BACnet/IP, Modbus RTU, or Modbus TCP — newer rooftop units, chillers, boilers, and drives ship from the factory with these on board. Land your wires on the comms terminals, power it up, and it discovers what is on the wire by itself.

One gateway carries up to 25 devices per trunk across four trunks. Most sites need one. If your equipment is spread across separate comm runs or far apart physically, you may want more than one — email us with what you are looking at and we will tell you.

Then NueGate is not the right product for that unit. If it is running on 24V wiring and a wall thermostat, NueStat replaces the thermostat and becomes the controller. That is coming soon — ask us about availability.

The first NueStat release supports air conditioning and heat pump systems. Support for VAV systems is next, followed by fan coils and exhaust fans, with additional applications planned.

NueStat installs and operates like a thermostat. It delivers many of the visibility, diagnostics, and control capabilities typically associated with building automation systems.

No. Billing starts when you pair your first gateway. The hardware carries a 30-day return window, so you can put one on a unit and send it back if it is not what you needed.

A connected device is a piece of equipment NueGate is talking to — not the gateway itself. One packaged rooftop unit is one connected device. Twenty fan coils is twenty. One gateway can carry many devices, and you are billed for the equipment, not the hardware.

Your equipment keeps running. NueGate reads and reports, it does not control, so nothing about how your HVAC operates depends on your subscription. You can export your data at any time, including on the way out. What you lose is access to the live feed. Data stays stored for 60 days, so if you come back inside that window your history is still there. After 60 days we stop storing new data.

No. StatIQ runs in the browser — see it on your phone or on any computer. Nothing to install, nothing to license.

Thirty days from delivery. Email info@simplyagnostic.com for an RMA and send it back for a full refund — no restocking fee. Return shipping is on you.

One year from delivery, parts only. If the hardware fails in normal use we replace it. Labor to remove and reinstall is not covered.
