Pre-orders are the best way to secure product ahead of general distribution.
Here’s how the process works:
- Place your pre-order
Reserve units from an upcoming production run. - Refundable deposit
A refundable deposit holds your place while manufacturing is finalized. - Pre-manufacturing confirmation
Prior to production, we’ll confirm quantities, configuration, and shipping details with you. - Final payment & shipping
Once confirmed, we’ll charge the remaining balance, plus applicable taxes and shipping. Orders ship after manufacturing is complete. - Anticipated Delivery
We currently anticipate deliveries will begin in Q3 or Q4 of 2026. - Cancellation
Pre-orders may be canceled at any time prior to final invoicing by emailing support@simplyagnostic.com. Deposits are refundable, less non-recoverable payment processing fees.
